We are thrilled to announce the 2nd edition of our Annual short course meters swimming meet, the TYR Giants Open 2024, taking place in the heart of Aruba at the Olympic swimming pool. Join us from October 10th to 13th 2024, for an exhilarating event that showcases the talent and determination of our local amateur competitive swimming team, as well as international competitors.

Swimmers will have the opportunity to showcase their skills in a prelims and finals format, the only competition of its kind on Aruba, adhering to World Aquatics' rules and regulations. Whether you are a seasoned competitor or just starting your swimming journey, this event promises to be an exciting and challenging experience for all participants.

The meet will be contested across three age groups: 10 & Under, 11-14, and Open. The idea was to make this the first Open meet on Aruba without excluding the youngsters. Therefore, we decided on these three age groups that would almost act as three separate "Open" divisions of their own. An Open division for the new kids on the block (10 & Under); an Open division for the rising stars (11-14); and a true Open division for the elite.
