Experience:
From an early age, I represented Aruba in international baseball competitions, showcasing talent and dedication on the global stage. At just 16 years old, I signed a professional contract with the Seattle Mariners and was recognized as the top prospect in the Caribbean and Latin America for my class.
Over the next five years, I competed in the Mariners’ Minor League system, where I developed discipline, resilience, and a deep understanding of high-performance environments. My progress and potential earned me invitations to two Major League Spring Training camps, providing firsthand experience at the highest level of professional baseball.
Passion:
My passion is to guide and mentor young athletes, helping them navigate both the opportunities and challenges of pursuing sports at a high level. Having represented my country on the international stage and experienced professional baseball from the inside, I understand the dedication, resilience, and discipline it takes to succeed. I am driven to share these lessons, not only to help athletes improve their performance on the field, but also to support their growth as individuals off the field. My goal is to inspire the next generation to reach their potential while staying grounded in values of hard work, teamwork, and perseverance.
Fun fact:
I was the top ranked prospect in international baseball signings for the year 2003!
Being basically born and raised around and in the water, it has always been and always will be part of my life and feels like im in my element every time I’m in it.

Swam competitively for at least 20 years. Represented Aruba in many international competitions, including the 2004 Athens Olympic Games.
About 1.5 years ago I have been teaching more and more swimming lessons to kids and also picked up more coaching (especially for adults).
I’m passionate about the water, swimming, the ocean (therefore I’m also a PADI Dive-instructor for 12 years),nature and sports. I like to help out whenever and wherever I can. And I enjoy helping out with swim- or training techniques, advice and stamina for any self improvement.
I would like to keep growing in knowledge, experience and improving myself so I can also give more.
